- Deadline for abstracts was May 28th, so abstracts received after
the deadline will not be considered.
- Accommodation. To make reservations, either use the links or phone/fax a hotel. Please
note that local organizing committee is ready to assist in
booking only the University rooms for visitors (single and double rooms,
bathroom, refrigerator, TV set, rate is 850 roubles, 5 min from the main building
of the Tomsk State University). Their
amount is limited, so please reserve early.
- As we
have to engage buses for trip to place of observation, we ask
you to confirm your arrival date and inform us about your
flight number. In case we have no confirmation till 15 July we
will not be able to guarantee a seat for you.
- After the eclipse buses go back to Tomsk but at first they
drive to Tolmachevo airport and Novosibirsk railway station.
- Registration desk will be open Sunday, July 27 at the main
building of the Tomsk State University (av. Lenina, 36) from
9:00 to 18:00 and July 28 from 8:00 to 9:30. Transportation: from airport "Bogashevo" bus
N119 till stop "University" (approx. 50 - 60 min); from bus
station or railway station bus N2, 4 till stop "University"
(approx. 20 min); or a taxi. The

- Registration fee is 200 EU and should be paid by cash on
registration desk. The fee includes the participation in the meeting,
abstract book, coffee-breaks,
transport to the place of observation.
- In the morning, August 1, conferees will depart by buses for Novosibirsk to
observate the Solar eclipse on the campus of Siberian state geodesic academy (SSGA).
- Everyone who'd like to spend the night from 1 till 2 August in the hotel of SSGA
(Novosibirsk) should inform us about it in advance.
- Please, inform us about your equipment (if any) for observation of
the Total eclipse, its weight and size, and also your
requests concerning its placing.
