Visa aplication

Foreign participants may need a visa to enter the Russian Federation.

Please check regulations in the nearest Russian Consulate.

The local organizing committee is ready now to assist with invitation letters. If you need an invitation take into consideration that

1. Mail delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks;
2. If you are living not in a Schengen state we need about one month to get an invitation for you from special local offices of the Ministry of Interior;
3. For the invitation letter we need a copy of your passport two-page spread, where your photo and name are. You may scan it and send to us as JPG or PDF file with resolution of 300 dpi or so.
